Rihanna has emerged as the wealthiest female musician in the world and wealth doesn’t only just come from music.

When it comes to the money bags, no other female musician compares to Rihanna all over the world. Her fortune is significantly larger when compared to the likes of Madonna, Beyoncé, as well as Celine Dion. Born as Robyn Rihanna Fenty, the singer currently has a net worth of an estimated $600 million and is just 31 years old. Her wealth surpasses that of Madonna, Celine Dion, as well as Beyonce by about $30 million, $150 million, and $200 million respectively.

Umbrella, Diamonds, as well as What’s My Name happens to be some of the songs that made the talented singer popular but her success is not just tied to music alone. Forbes has revealed that a large part of her wealth is connected to the kind of partnership she has with LVMH. This is a company that boasts the ownership of brands such as Louis Vuitton, as well as Givenchy and Christian Dior.

Fenty happens to be the fashion label of Rihanna and was just launched in Paris. This makes her the first to invent her own original brand in partnership with LVMH when it comes to black women. Fenty makes it to the list of the business ventures owned by Rihanna. Other endeavors of the Barbados star include Savage X Fenty that was just launched last year as her very own lingerie label. Another label is Fenty Beauty which is centered around cosmetics and was launched in 2017.

After a year and three months of operation, Riri’s cosmetics label was able to generate around $570 million but it is also been estimated that the label has a conservative value that exceeds 3 billion. Even if LVMH has more than half the share of the cosmetics brand, it has been estimated by Forbes that Rihanna has a claim that is up to 15% (not confirmed yet).

The first time that Rihanna takes a step into the fashion industry, she has decided to do it with her clothing collection. As far back as 2014, she already had some collections made for River Island and in 2014, she became Puma’s creative director. River Island happens to be fashion retailer that originates from Britain.

Just last month, the singer had a statement of hers published where she called women Earth’s forces. She believes women are multifaceted, complex, and highly vulnerable. Yet, she still believes that women are bulletproof and that female intricacies are spoken to by Fenty. Rihanna also went on to divulge the reason behind her relocation to London while being interviewed by Style Magazine of the New York Times. She attributed her move to wanting to be in closer proximity to LVMH.

Whether Rihanna steps on the brakes or continues to put in even more work is what we do not know. Hopefully, we are yet to see even more from the superstar.
