Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio have made movie fans an incredibly juicy offer no one can refuse: a walk-on role in the next film that will be directed by the legendary Martin Scorsese “Killers of the Flower Moon.”

The Charity Fundraiser

This extremely rare opportunity to participate in an anticipated box-office breaker is part of a charity fundraiser known as the “All In Challenge.” This is spreading almost like wildfire through Hollywood amid the universal devastation caused by the novel coronavirus.

Sports and screen stars are auctioning memorable experiences in order to feed families that are in sudden need.

The Juicy Offer

The two Oscar winners appeared in a joint video that was posted on Instagram Wednesday. “If you have ever wondered what it was like to be able to work with the great Martin Scorsese, this is your chance,” DiCaprio said.

“And you will be able to spend the day on the set with the three of us,” De Niro said. “And, of course, you will attend the premiere.”

Where It All Started

The “All In Challenge” was launched on Tuesday by Philadelphia 76ers minority owner Michael Rubin. And just 24 hours in, many of the biggest names in entertainment and sports had readily answered the call.

What DiCaprio Said

DiCaprio stated that 100 percent of the proceeds from the auction would be donated to America’s Food Fund along with Meals on Wheels and No Kid Hungry to ensure every family that is in need gets access to at least one meal during this critical period.

The Oscar winner passed on the challenge to Ellen DeGeneres and Matthew McConaughey while De Niro challenged another Oscar winner, Jamie Foxx.

McConaughey takes the “All In Challenge” to Twitter

McConaughey wasted no time at all as he took the “All In Challenge” to Twitter, posting that he had accepted the challenge.

“Matthew McConaughey is all in,” he said. And he offered fans and followers the opportunity to spend an afternoon with his friends and family at a Longhorns football game scheduled to take place at the University of Texas.

DeGeneres’s Tweet

DeGeneres tweeted a video in which she opened up an opportunity for a fan to co-host her show. And then she went on to personally donate a whopping $1 million to hunger charities.

She passed the challenge onto Laura Dern and Justin Timberlake. And so the challenge went on from one celebrity to another.

The List of Accepted Challenges

By Wednesday, the list of those who accepted the challenge had swelled incredibly, and they include the following:

  • Tom Brady (he offered tickets to the Tampa Bay Buccaneer football home opener)
  • Charli and Dixie D’Amelio (TikTok stars)
  • Meek Mill, Justin Bieber, and Robin Thicke (musicians)
  • Peyton and Eli Manning
  • Anthony Rizzo (Chicago Cubs infielder)
  • Ryan Seacrest
  • Kevin Hart
  • Magic Johnson (basketball Hall of Famer)
  • Alex Rodriguez (retired baseball star)

A host of NHL, NFL, and NBA teams also pitched in, making the fundraiser a highly successful one.
