New Music for Demi Lovato: Singer Praises All ‘Lovatics’ and Goes Official with Austin Wilson

It’s been a busy week for Demi Lovato as she seems to be getting back on track in all areas of her life. After what has been a long wait for so-called ‘Lovatics’, new music could be just around the corner while she also goes Instagram official with model Austin Wilson.

On Wednesday, Demi posted to Instagram and excited fans around the world. Alongside a picture of a studio microphone, she used the caption ‘Recording a song for my loyal #Lovatics.’ As well as thanking the fans that have supported her and the things that make her happy, she called out those who are ‘hating’.

With so much success as a singer and actress, it’s strange to think that Demi is still only 27 years of age. Hopefully now over the problems that seemed to plague her last year, she also teased fans with a clip of Oak Felder, Grammy-nominated producer. With the caption ‘wouldn’t y’all like to hear’, the clip showed the producer dancing to a song that wasn’t included in the video.

For those who know Demi and her music career well, you’ll know that this isn’t the first time Lovato and Felder have worked together. From her Tell Me You Love Me album in 2017, five songs were produced by Felder;

After battling her substance abuse problems in 2018, it seems 2019 has been a more positive year for the singer. Could we expect a new album in 2020? Although we can’t answer this question, we do know that she seems to be in love once again!

Demi and Austin Get Closer

For some time, Demi was being linked with Mike Johnson from Bachelorette. Despite not going public, fans were adamant the two were together after going on a date back in September. This came after lots of flirting from Demi on Instagram while Johnson was appearing on Hannah Brown’s season of the show. However, everything went quiet on the Demi relationship front…until this week.

Posting a cute snap on social media, the picture shows Demi and Austin Wilson cuddling up to one another in a mirror selfie. Just in case there was any question as to the intent of the post, the caption read ‘My’ and then a heart emoji. On Austin’s Instagram, a similar post went up with a cute picture and a caption that was near enough the same.

For those who haven’t heard of Austin Wilson previously, he’s a model based in LA. Although we aren’t sure how the two met, it seems the late Thomas Trussell III was a mutual friend. When he sadly passed away in October, both Demi and Austin took to Instagram to share their feelings and condolences.

Everything seems to be coming up Demi, and we can’t wait to hear her new music (while also keeping an eye on the new relationship). Here’s to a happy Demi!
