Katie Price’s mucky Mansion is being renovated but it appears that a lot of work is left remaining. The mansion is valued at £2 million and the renovation project has officially begun. Ever since she made the purchase in 2014, the abode has grown in prominence.

But it seems that the attempts being made at getting the property back in top shape are experiencing some hiccups. Despite the fact that the home has recently just been painted, the roof of the building still looks a whole lot dirty. The garden has a large spread of dead grass and the fences are broken. However, we take an interest in her newly polished swimming pool. The refurbishment being carried out on the pool looks quite dangerous.

Aerial shots were taking of her property and the photos seem to indicate that the swimming pool which used to be sludgy some time ago is currently being used. A floating cover was found placed on the water. But the issue is that cover has an anchor only on one side. At the other side, there’s an indication that the cover could be losing floating. This situation has been described as very dangerous by the Foundation for Aquatic Injury Prevention.

The Foundation explained that covers being placed on the water can give the feeling that it is strong enough to be walked on. This might be especially true in the case of small children. Floating covers have the tendency to collapse if a child steps on them and this could lead to suffocation since floating covers are usually not attached in a secure manner to the swimming pool.

Another thing which worsens the situation is the fact that the fence of the apartment looks broken. This implies that her pets have a high chance of roaming and could be put at risk. Apart from the pool which needs very urgent attention, Katie Price has a tennis court that needs to be looked at too. The net has been ripped and the grounds look so grubby that they must get a scrub sooner or later. A look at the brushes shows that they need to be trimmed because they remain overgrown. This has caused them to engulf some areas on the court.

There are builders currently on the ground carrying out renovations on the apartment and this coincides with the swimming pool cover. Outside of the apartment, a food van can be clearly seen. This goes to show that the builders are really very comfortable at the property. On the front porch, you will find their tools lying around and also their vans are parked outside.

We also noticed something. The old kitchen in Katie Price’s apartment, as well as the utility appliances, have been thrown out by the builders and you will find all of these on the lawn as the contractors try to get the home’s interior fixed.
