Nipsey Hussle’s fan can now have the last laugh as the man suspected to have killed him was indicted for four felony offenses including the murder of the Detroit rapper, possession of a firearm, and two counts of assault with a firearm and attempted murder. The murderer, Eric Holder, 29 with the street name Shitty Cuz had to face the jury for additional felony offenses.

In the late hours of Tuesday, May 21, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office through the Los Angeles Times announced the indictment of 29 years old Eric Holder, the Californian man who murdered Nipsey Hussle on the impulse of revenge. As of May 9, Eric Holder had incurred additional offenses on himself which has led to the intervention of the grand jury. Eric will face a maximum of sentence of life imprisonment if convicted for all these charges.

Eric Holder was initially charged for four counts, and now the District Attorney office just revisited the case by the grand jury in the bid to skip preliminary hearing of his trial. The District Attorney’s office didn’t give any explanation on why they had to skip the preliminary trial but it could be a problem with evidence.

Nearly 2 months after the death of the Detroit Rapper, the murderer is getting served with a lifetime jail term indicted by a grand jury. Evidence put up against Eric Holder tells that he couldn’t but be subjected to this kind of penalty. Two witnesses came out to present evidence against Holder. One of them explained how he got informed about the holder been in possession of a pistol an hour before Nipsey Hussle was shot dead right in front of his Marathon clothing line on March 31.

Nipsey Hussle was standing outside his Marathon clothing line

Before Holder killed Nipsey Hussle on March 31, he had walked up to him on several occasions with others around, just for him to come back afterward armed with a handgun and purposely fired at Nipsey Hussle. On the day of the incident, Nipsey Hussle was standing outside his Marathon clothing line along with two other guys when a man identified to be Eric Holder walked up to the three men striking them down with his gun. As if that wasn’t enough, the 29-year-old Californian returned to the scene to continue shooting. He then ran away in an awaiting vehicle parked just adjacent the scene.

The two men who were shot alongside Nipsey were hurried to the hospital where they succeeded with a stable condition. Nipsey Hussle, on the other hand, was pronounced dead as soon as he got to the hospital. Later on, the day Eric Holder was indicted, Big Sean directed a message to the killer stating how the death of the Nipsey could have been prevented with proper communication. Big Sean said he had these words in him since Nipsey’s funeral. He must have felt last Tuesday was the right time to share how he feels about the whole thing.

The American rapper, Big Sean is yet to figure out why a man would take another’s life simply on impulse. That obviously is never a solution and would never be. In his words, he said “I don’t know if we know the value of life for real ’cause when you take somebody’s life, you set back their family, you set a whole lineage back, generations. When you take somebody’s life, you set all that back and for what? For something that could have been communicated better”. In Big Sean’ s view, Nipsey’s death could have been prevented by simple communication.
