In the world of celebrities, there was only one thing on the lips for most this past weekend; Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s fifth anniversary. While some husbands treat their partners to flowers and others a meal at a nice restaurant, Kanye decided to take Kim to Celine Dion’s show at Caesars Palace.
For those who follow Kim on Instagram (who doesn’t!), you would have seen the pictures and videos of what looked like a fantastic evening. Wearing a white catsuit laced with crystals, Kim was shining as bright as ever on the quick trip to Las Vegas.
According to sources close to the couple, they wanted to enjoy some time together for their anniversary and Kanye decided to surprise Kim with the trip to Sin City. If sources are to be believed, they loved the show and were amazed by Dion’s voice throughout.
While the crowd shuffled out of Caesars Palace, Kim and Kanye moved backstage where they were able to meet Celine. With the pair holding hands, it seems the spark is still alive, and we can look forward to plenty more stories involving the couple. As they thanked and praised Celine for a brilliant performance, all three were apparently in a jovial mood.
It seems Kanye is an old romantic since Kim actually called Celine her ‘favorite’ in a Billboard interview back in 2016.
Busy Time for the Couple
When it comes to the Kardashian family, nothing ever stops and it’s just two weeks since the couple welcomed their fourth child into the world. Named Psalm West, this is now their second son and the family continues to grow. Together, Kim and Kanye now have North (5), Saint (3), Chicago (15 months), and baby Psalm.
Again, the couple went through a surrogate and the news that the baby was coming actually came on The Ellen DeGeneres Show where Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were visiting. Originally, Kim was expected to appear on the show until she heard the news.
Thanks to a source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan, we know that the pair contacted the gestational carrier for Chicago in hopes that they could work together a second time. Sadly, this didn’t quite go to plan and they were forced into a second carrier. Just as before, Kim was extremely involved in the process and even went to all the doctor appointments. The carrier seemed to have everything she needed to remain comfortable during the pregnancy.
If rumors are to be believed, Psalm completes the West-Kardashian family. For many years, Kim has been saying that she wants four children and now her dreams have become a reality. For Kanye, he’s loving parenthood too. In a recent interview, he said he’s an ‘involved, loving dad’ and that he can forget the fashion line and music and just be ‘Dad’ at home.
