Thursday, 23 May, marked the union of two Hollywood stars. The Dancing With The Stars pro got off the market running into the arms of her romantic lover, Matthew Lawrence. The wedding is a romantic ceremony held at the Fairmont Grand del Mar in San Diego. The pro dancer looked spectacular in her beautiful crisp wedding dress.
Cheryl Stephanie Burke said “I do” to her husband in a classic style. She stepped out like an ideal bride in her sparkling favor looks. She off the shoulder white Romona Keveza wedding gown features a bodice bearing a heart shape neckline. The back of the Romona Kezeva wedding gown has an accent made with delicate Swarovski buttons that lined the full length of her train. She had an English tuile custom two-tier cathedral length veil over her head. To crown it all, she kept beaming with a smile throughout the procession.
Cheryl Burke revealed her engagement to Mathew Lawrence last year on her birthday. Since then, everyone had been on the wait to have another celebrity wedding which they did give us after more than a year of dating. On May 3, Cheryl Burke’s birthday, she took to her Instagram page to share the good news of her engagement to Mathew Lawrence.
She posted their picture with the caption “OMG! So far so good for 34! ?#amilliontimesyes #imengaged #herecomesthebride”. The engagement was a romantic one, it happened at Montage Laguna Beach. They have crowned it all with a beautiful wedding ceremony.
Cheryl drooled about the engagement ring that she had to share the story with her followers on her Instagram page. She claims to love her engagement ring so much and continued by sharing the story that made the ring more special. Mathew Lawrence worked with her mom to get the original diamond Cheryl’s late father had given her, and designed something around it to make a new ring for Cheryl Burke. Matt must be a great guy because the ring came out perfect. Cheryl Burke’s engagement ring has two circles that represent two lives (Cheryl and Matt) coming together. Engraved inside the ring are the words Matt proposed with, Love you always and forever. There couldn’t have been anything more perfect.
Cheryl and Matt actually have an interesting love story. They met in 2006 during “Dancing With Stars” season 3 and dated for a while, about a year, just for them to split in 2008. Fortunately for the duo, they reunited in 2017 ( nine years after) and reignited their romance and got married in 2019. Now, Cheryl says Matt brings out the best in her, they appreciate every moment they spend together and for one, this helps her to appreciate life more.
The duo has made several sweet appearances on the red carpet and shows. Their union seemed like one that is meant to be. On their wedding day, the bride was escorted down the aisle by her stepdad, Bob Wolf. Leah Remini was Cheryl Burke’s matron of honor. Other bridesmaids include Kym Johnson Herjavec & sister Nicole. The groomsmen for Matthew Lawrence were his brothers, Andy and Joey Lawrence.
