Audrey Roloff has quite a number of times made her fans know what her religious belief is. Many of her social media posts had been used to celebrate Jesus Christ, also claiming she’s learned a lot from her relationship with God.
One of her Instagram posts in 2017 when she was still a Little People, Big World star, of which she shared her beautiful baby hump had a Bible quote: Romans 8 vs 37. In the post, she further wrote in a few more words;
“As I get closer to meeting our precious baby girl, I am more and more in need to be reminded that the SAME POWER that conquered the grave lives inside of me!”
“And guess what? If you have received Him as your savior and submit to Him as Lord, you have access to that same power, too!”
But now, some of her Instagram fans are using her recent post to criticize her because it is somehow believed to go against the “high powers” she often speaks about in her post. Though Audrey Roloff and her husband Jeremy Roloff are now both ex-Little People, Big World stars, they still have an amount of followership on social media. It started just a few days ago when Audrey Roloff uploaded this photo of Jeremy and her below.
Actually, it isn’t the photo that has caused the criticism, but rather the lengthy caption attached to it. Fans have opposed her words, and it’s being used to question her faith why would someone who claims to be a devout Christian be engaging and praising such acts being used to question her faith that why would someone who claims to be a devout Christian be engaging and praising such acts.
Could her words really be negating her belief as a Christian? Well, here’s what she wrote, starting with the question: “Who else is mildly obsessed with the Enneagram?”
Then she continued, “Jeremy and I are on a never-ending pursuit of being more fully known and understood – being students of each other. We always believe there is more to learn and discover about each other and that excites us.”
Now, this is the part of the caption that has got fans triggered:
On this journey of learning and understanding each other more, there have been two things that have radically transformed our relationship,” explained Roloff.
The Enneagram and our Marriage Journal have helped us understand each other in more profound and meaningful ways and helped us communicate our thoughts, desires, and frustrations with greater clarity, compassion, and ease.
“These tools have ultimately enabled us to love each other more intentionally, creatively, and faithfully.”
Audrey indicated that she is an Enneagram 8, which according to the Enneagram figures and characteristic role means the “challenger”. She further indicated that her husband, Jeremy’s Enneagram figure is 9, making him the “peacemaker”. Together, she wrote that they make a perfect combination of intensity and softness.
The fact that the Enneagram had been linked to some devilish spiritual practices, or as a comment reads, “The Enneagram has deep and dark roots in the occult…it was literally hand delivered by a demon to a man heavily involved in channeling,” is what as created opposition from her fans towards her. However, not all the fans are directly criticizing her, as another person seems to rather advise her. This fan wrote that “Be very cautious on the enneagram following, is it from God? Research it fully would be my recommendation,”
Well, perhaps Audrey doesn’t count the Enneagram to mean any such thing as the fans think. But she should really be taking these comments into consideration if she hasn’t.
